Im planing to work at Ulta Beauty cosmetics store so i don't know if i need a degree or high school diploma. Im thinking i don't but i just want to make sure before i apply .

You should either be in high school or graduated from high school. There are a lot of college students who work there, and there are also different positions. Only a few employees at each store spend much time doing make-overs in the professional products aisle. And also, the salon is separate, so you wouldn't be working there either.
