What line do you sell? How much do you get paid per hour and what is your commission rate? How long have you had that job?

I've worked for many different lines and for many different department stores. I have 7 years experience. Someone just starting out might start at 9$/hr. plus a comission. I've worked for Macy's, Nordstrom, and Dillard's. Nordstrom paid highest, Macy's next and lastly, Dillard's. They were all in different parts of the country with different cost of living, though. Any of those department stores will require that you work in other departments before you may work in cosmetics/fragrance. Or, if you are experienced. Some will pay hourly + comission, some only hourly (those require that you maintain a set SPH(sales per hour. no less than $100SPH)) Some will pay only comission. Good luck.
